Using Ti-bag

Ti-bag provides commerce infrastructure that lets merchants publish catalogue information and lets customers discover and order through supported conversational channels.

Merchant responsibilities

• Keep prices, availability and product information accurate.
• Only list products and services you are permitted to sell.
• Fulfil confirmed orders and honour the terms you present to customers.
• Handle payment according to the method you offer the customer.

Orders and payment

A sale is an agreement between the customer and the merchant. Ti-bag facilitates discovery, ordering and communication; the merchant is responsible for fulfilment.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, submit misleading listings, or attempt to disrupt the network or access information you are not entitled to.
