Privacy policy

• Account data: name, email, business name and role.
• Commerce data: content from verified domains and connected accounts, catalogue data entered in the console, uploaded files and assistant answers.
• Technical data: crawl logs, AI application access logs and basic console usage data.

Personal data about a business’s staff or customers is discarded when found during a crawl. Merchants should not upload it. Ti-bag does not store card numbers.

To build and serve commerce profiles, operate the console, secure the service and provide support. We do not sell personal data or use merchant content for advertising.

• AI applications and developers receive approved profile data only.
• Service providers that host and operate the service under contract.
• Authorities where the law requires it.

Profiles are kept while an account is active. You can delete a profile or close an account. Contact inquiries@ti-bag.com for retention details.

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your data and revoke crawl authorisation at any time through the console or inquiries@ti-bag.com. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing or complain to a regulator.
