What is Ti-bag?
Ti-bag is the commerce data layer for AI: a console where merchants publish structured, approved commerce data that AI models and agents query through MCP and commerce APIs. It is a public project owned by Ijen Hub.
When does Ti-bag launch?
Ti-bag enters general availability in December 2026.
How do merchants onboard?
Two ways: connect an existing website and verify ownership with a DNS record, or create a storefront and catalogue natively in the Ti-bag Console.
What does DNS verification authorise?
It proves domain ownership and authorises Ti-bag to recrawl that domain on a schedule. Authorisation can be revoked in the console at any time.
Is my profile distributed automatically?
No. The merchant reviews and approves the profile before anything is distributed to AI systems.
What if data is missing?
Missing data is returned empty. It is never inferred.
Does Ti-bag verify licences and certifications?
Ti-bag does not currently verify against official sources. Merchant-supplied claims remain business-declared, not official.
Does payment affect ranking?
No. Ranking uses relevance and status only. Ti-bag does not sell advertising or sponsored placement.
How do AI models connect?
Through a remote MCP server or commerce APIs, using OAuth or an API key. Every fact includes its source, status and last-updated time. The MCP server and APIs are being submitted for formal recognition across AI platforms.
Can I correct or remove data?
Yes. Editing, deletion, connected sources and crawl authorisation are managed in the console. Formal disputes can be reported to inquiries@ti-bag.com.
